Do I need any design skills?

Not at all. Pick your template, upload your photos, fill in the text fields, and we handle the rest. The whole thing takes about 15–20 minutes.

Can I preview my magazine before it prints?

Yes — you'll get a full page-by-page digital preview before you confirm your order. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 48 hours and arrive in 5–7 business days in the US. International shipping is available and typically takes 10–14 days.

Can I order more than one copy?

Absolutely — extra copies of the same magazine are $15 each. Perfect if the whole group wants one or you want to gift it to someone special.

What photo quality do I need?

Any photo taken on a modern smartphone works great. We flag any low-resolution images during the customization step so you can swap them before ordering.

How do I send my photos?

After checkout you'll receive an email with instructions on how to send us your completed magazine file. We'll take it from there!

Is gift wrapping available?

Yes! Add gift wrapping and a handwritten note at checkout. It can ship directly to the recipient — perfect for anniversaries and birthdays.

What is your refund policy?

Because every magazine is custom printed just for you we cannot accept returns. However if there is a print quality issue we will reprint your order at no charge.
