Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 (7-14 business days)
- Express Shipping: $12.99 (3-7 business days)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.
Processing Time
All orders are custom-printed to your specifications. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and printing before your order ships. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Order Status
You will receive email notifications when:
- Your order is confirmed
- Your order has been sent to print
- Your order has shipped with tracking information
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or lost, please contact us at hello@momentmag.co with photos and your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
