No Refunds or Returns
At MomentMag, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Because our products are custom-designed photo magazines created specifically to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed.
What this means:
- All orders are non-refundable once submitted
- Custom-printed magazines cannot be resold or reused
- No refunds are available for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction
- No refunds are available for orders that have been sent to production or printing
Your responsibility:
- Review your order carefully before checkout
- Ensure all your design specifications are correct before submitting
- Verify your shipping address and contact information
- Once you click "Place Order," your purchase is final
